AT – 06T bulk weighing scale is used for recording the weight of raw materials coming into the inventory batch by batch. Continuously weighing the different types of rice to measure the total incoming materials that are mixed in proportion in the next step for better taste. The flow rate is from 0.25 tons to 6 tons per hour. With the 7 – inch touch screen, you can easily find the weight of each batch and total accumulation. Equipped USB port supports to export the data for further management analysis.
AF – 5K packing scales are assembled in the semi – automatic packing lines. The weight range is from 0.25 to 5kg. The speed of single scale can reach to 1000pcs/h, but limited by the hand bagging. ±2g best accuracy ensures the minimum waste. Combining the two scales in one machine increase the packing efficiency utilizing the manpower utmostly.
In this rice mill, there are different weight packs, not only 5kg, but also 100g, 150g and 200g. For the small packs, they select AF – 01K, a new packing scale designed and manufactured by General Measure. It is perfect for vertical packing machine (VFFS). The weight packing of AF – 01K is accurate and speedy. The highest speed of packing is 1800pcs/h. The machines works 7×24h, which is stable and durable.
General Measure's net weigher is not just a simple weight packing tool; it is quite helpful to a city rice mill in building an accurate and efficient production system.
