General Measure Technology Co. Ltd. (China) – Press Release: GMC-X802CD is a brand-new weighing controller for a linear feeder packing system. It is DIN rail-mounted to save space, and its stainless steel case protects it from water and dust. For dual packing scales, it can interlock 3 controllers for 6 packing scales without a PLC. GMC-X802CD supports various feeding mechanisms, such as vibrator, air cylinder, stepper, or servo motor, as well as different discharging mechanisms, such as air cylinder and stepper motor, etc.
The new algorithm makes the weighing control faster and more accurate, reaching an accuracy of 1/100000. This weighing controller is easy to connect with the system through different communication ports. It is suitable for weighing powdery or small granular materials, such as sugar, salt, seeds, rice, sesame, spice, milk powder, coffee, powder detergent, etc., and is widely used in the feeds, chemical, and food industries.
