With dimensions of just 45 x 26 x 11 mm in its board-only version, the TLC stands out as Laumas’ smallest and most economical analog weight transmitter.

It is the perfect solution for applications where space is limited or cost optimization is essential—such as in mass production environments or multi-channel weighing systems. The TLC enables the creation of multiple independent weighing points connected to a single PLC via analog output, ideal when advanced technical performance is not required.

Flexible Design Options:

Engineered for versatility, the TLC is available in two additional versions upon request:

• IP67 ABS enclosure for enhanced protection against dust and water.
• Circular board version, even smaller and more economical, with a diameter of just 20 mm.

Essential Features, Simplified:

Despite its minimal size, the TLC delivers all the key functionalities needed for reliable analog signal transmission:

• Analog output in current (4–20 mA) or voltage (0–10 VDC)
• Connection of up to 4 load cells in parallel
• Full compatibility with analog/digital PLC boards
• Rated output selection via mini switches, adjustable between 1 mV/V and 3 mV/V
• 12-turn potentiometers for precise zero and full-scale calibration

Moreover, the TLC is the only Laumas transmitter equipped with spring terminal blocks, allowing faster and more secure wiring, particularly beneficial when the device is transported after calibration or exposed to vibrations.
