Intercomp Company (USA) – These Tension Link Scales are a load monitoring device used for controlling overhead loads and line tension applications. The TL8500™ features a large, backlit LCD Graphic Display, with the option to purchase the all-new RFX™ Wireless TL-RFX™ Indicator. Capacities range from 500lb (250kg) to 500,000lb (250,000kg). TL™ Series Scales operate on easily accessible, standard alkaline, 9V batteries lasting up to 300 of continuous use and up to 2000 hours in standby mode.

Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum with shock-mounted electronics in a NEMA 4x/IP65 weatherproof enclosure, Intercomp’s Tension Link scales are built to last in capacities ranging from 500lbs (250kgs) to 300 tons. Indicators include Set Point, Peak and Low-Battery while offering unit measurements in pounds, kilograms, newtons, dekanewton, ton and kg x 1,000. Links feature dedicated hard keys for On/Off and mode and are sized to accommodate industry standard shackles.

Standard features include an easy-to-read 1.2″ (30mm) LCD Display with backlight and fully integrated wireless communication with no external antennas, while easily accessible alkaline batteries provide up to 300 hours of power.
