RADWAG Balances and Scales (Poland) – With use of IM01EX communication module it is possible to expand communication interfaces range of RADWAG-manufactured PUE HX5.EX indicator intended for hazardous areas. The module is installed outside the hazardous area, and connected to the indicator using intrinsically safe interface.

IM01EX communication module enables connection with the peripherals such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, buzzers, PLC controllers and other controlling/signalling devices, PCs.

There are few models of IM01EX communication module. The device can be equipped with 2x RS232 serial connectors, RS485, USB and Ethernet. The module features 12 digital inputs and 12 digital outputs, and 4-20mA/0-10V analog output. The most demanding users will appreciate version featuring advanced Profibus or Profinet interfaces and protocols.
